An identity is much more than a logo, its everything a organisation does, owns or produces.

Every organisation has an identity, even if it isn't an officially developed one.The challenge in developing a corporate identity or branding is to differentiate the organisation, its services or products from its competitors - certainly to do this in the minds of existing or potential clients but just as much in the minds of the employees and most importantly, in the actions of the leadership.

There is a requirement to move the organisation to a new level, to facilitate a transformation, both visually and in the mind and this is where One Two One Design comes in.

Typically, a project would involve the following stages procedures:

The identity Implementation

Analysis

Investigation and analysis is essential - the challenge needs defining. The perceptions of those inside and outside the organisational boundaries must be sought. We investigate the organisation itself as well as the industry/sector in which your company operates. Based on how the company is perceived and how it wants to be perceived a core message is developed.

The identity

The company name and logo is usually the central focus of an identity. A visual style is developed to enhance the recognition of the identity or branding. But, as identity also involves behaviour, a programme for change within the company should be introduced. We recommend that the new identity is tested before the implementation process starts.

The launch

The identity needs to be launched both internally and externally. It is the climax of the process, an opportunity to relaunch the company and what the company stands for. One Two One Design has the experience in events management to ensure that this event has the right impact.

Implementation

The education process is an essential part of any new identity. The new identity must be embraced by everyone in the company. We develop both printed and online manuals that explain how the new identity should be implemented.

We have the added advantage of extensive new media experience, so any identity that we create will be effective in whatever media is employed.
